NextGen Impact

Reducing inequality through knowledge and education.

We create and support social initiatives that expand access to education, technology and professional development, with special attention to emerging and developing economies.

Knowledge can change a future

Access creates possibility. Education creates the next step.

Our purpose is social transformation through education.

NextGen Impact is the social front of NextGen Skills. It exists to help reduce inequality by expanding access to knowledge, education, technology and skills development.

Our priority is to support people and communities in emerging, developing and underserved economies, where access to specialized education can create meaningful personal, professional and social progress.

We believe education should lead to practical possibilities, greater autonomy and new paths for the future.

How we create social impact

Accessible Education

Learning initiatives, training opportunities and guided experiences designed to bring relevant knowledge closer to people and communities.

Community and Mentoring

Community programs, mentoring and volunteer participation that connect people with guidance, role models and professional networks.

Technology Inclusion

Social and educational initiatives that use technology as a bridge to participation, employability, innovation and new opportunities.

Our areas of action

Programs may be created by NextGen or developed together with organizations, educational institutions and ecosystem partners.

01

Education and Training

Accessible learning, free training initiatives, practical workshops and guided development journeys.

02

Mentoring Programs

Connections with professionals and educators who can provide direction, experience and encouragement.

03

Community Initiatives

Activities that strengthen local communities, encourage knowledge sharing and create continuity beyond a single event.

04

Education Partnerships

Collaboration with schools, universities, technical institutions, social organizations and companies seeking to expand access.

Where impact matters most

Local realities. Global possibilities.

Inequality in access to education and technology affects different communities in different ways. Our initiatives must begin with local context, real needs and partners who understand each territory.

Our initial priority is Brazil and Latin America, with the potential to expand through partnerships into other emerging and underserved regions, including Lusophone Africa.

We do not believe in one program for every community. We believe in access designed with each community.

Principles for every initiative

Relevant to the local social and educational context
Accessible to the people the initiative intends to serve
Connected to practical learning and future possibilities
Built for continuity, collaboration and measurable progress

Three fronts. One NextGen.

Each front advances the same mission in a different way.

Develop skills

Knowledge

Training, certification journeys and learning experiences that prepare professionals and teams.

Transform organizations

Advisory

Strategy, diagnosis, decisions and execution that turn knowledge and technology into business results.

Expand access
